POLICY

All booking require a NON-REFUNDABLE booking fees to secure a slot
•fees will be deducted from your-treatment cost when you attend our clinic if you decide to go a head 
•without the payment your appointment will not be booked .
•reschedule requires  a 48h notice
•Cancellation will FORFEIT the fees

We would require another payment to secure a new slot if client wishes to book a new appointment
