POLICY

All booking require a NON-REFUNDABLE booking fees to secure a slot.

fees will be deducted from your-treatment cost when you attend our clinic if you decide to go a head .
-without the payment your appointment will not be booked .
-reschedule requires  a 48h notice
-Cancellation will FORFEIT the fees. 
We would require another payment to secure a new slot if client wishes to book a new appointment.
